The Eureka Mignon Zero is a low retention home coffee grinder designed for producing single doses of espresso or brew grounds in domestic settings and smaller cafes. It features a single dose 45g blow-up hopper for near-zero retention, and an all-purpose filter holder fork designed to hold the dosing cup, which is included with the grinder, as well as allowing users to grind directly into the portafilter. The Mignon Zero also incorporates Eureka's ACE system and high-speed maintenance, and includes an extra-comfort knob with single on-off operation.
