Return Policy
You can return any product purchased from ecafe.es within 14 days of receiving your order. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at ecafe@ecafe.es. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once you have received your return authorization number, please follow these steps:
- Package the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Send the package to our premises at the following address:

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it. If the product is found to be in good condition, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to our premises.
